It doesn’t help to clear critters out of a structure if you leave the door open for them to come back in. Exclusion is closing the point of entry to prevent further infestations. We will perform the service ourselves whenever possible, but if a contractor is required to seal the space we will make the appropriate recommendations.

IPM refers to the concept of Integrated Pest Management. This means that in addition to killing off the infestion, we will find the cause of the infestation and remove it or make the necessary recommendations to remove it to prevent future pest issues.

IGR stands for Insect Growth Regulator. There are certain insects such as roaches and fleas where it’s not enough to treat the current adult infestation, you must treat the problem at all levels of development. Treatment with an IGR interrupts the reproductive process in the larval stages of the next generation to stop the cycle from repeating itself.

When we perform extermination services for you, we guarantee the results as long as all recommendations are followed. We will come back as many times as it takes to provide 100% elimination of your pest population, but we rarely have to treat more than once.
